José Luis Salazar
José Luis has over 30 years of experience in senior management and business consulting. He is a Certified Public Accountant from Universidad Libre de Colombia and holds a Master’s degree in Business from Universidad del Valle, as well as specializations in Business Management from Toronto Metropolitan University and in tax law from Seneca College, Toronto, Canada.
He has extensive experience in senior management, business development, and financial strategy, backed by a successful track record. His skills cover areas such as strategic planning, cost management, sales and marketing, corporate finance, and team building, among others.

Greta Castillo Mendoza
Greta has extensive experience in the mining industry, focused on the development of mining projects and representing mining companies in Peru. She graduated in Law from Universidad de Lima and holds a Master’s degree in International Business from Georgetown University and INCAE.
With over 20 years of experience in the mining sector in Peru, Greta has a specialization in Mining and Environment from UPC. She is also the founder of LEGALIA, a firm that provides legal, accounting, and administrative services. She has served as an internal legal advisor to the Congress of the Republic of Peru in the reform for the inclusion of the banking system into the national economy.

Steven L. Park
Steven has thirty-five years of experience in mineral exploration in North and South America, including over 20 years managing and directing mineral exploration projects for both major and minor mining companies in Peru.
He has worked on early exploration and the definition of the Pierina Au-Ag deposit for Barrick Misquichilca and the San Simón Au deposit for Gitennes Exploration Inc. in northern Peru. Additionally, he has fifteen years of experience as a Qualified Person, drafting technical exploration reports compliant with NI 43-101 on property projects, resource estimation, and tailings reprocessing.
Steven holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science from the College of the Ozarks, Elsah, Illinois, and a Master’s degree in Science and Geology from the Mackay School of Mines, University of Nevada.

Andrés Salazar
Andrés has over 10 years of experience in creating and developing television programs. He has excellent research skills and connections in the Canadian scientific and technological communities. He is fluent in Spanish and has intermediate proficiency in Portuguese.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Arts and Political Science from the University of Toronto, with a specialization in television writing and production. He has been a researcher, writer, and producer for numerous television and multimedia programs.
